Welcome to your Client Resource Center! This area is all about serving your needs. As your attorneys, we believe your access to case information and understanding of the case status is essential to your satisfaction with the legal process.

Finkelstein & Partners, LLP is one of the few firms in the nation to offer clients the ability to view their Personal Injury case file online. Because we an almost paperless law firm, this innovative “Access Your File Online” feature allows you monitor your case and its progress, view your medical documents, your case timeline, and maintain communications with your case manager and attorney. In the secure part of our website, clients may also view instructional videos to aid in preparing for different phases of their case.

Our well-tested firewall and security codes ensure that you, Finkelstein & Partners attorneys and Finkelstein & Partners legal assistants are the only people who can view your personal file.

How Do I Sign Up for “Access Your File Online”?

Once you retain our firm and are assigned a case number, an Internet Access Request form will be mailed to you. You must sign and return this form to us. Once your Case Manager receives the Internet Access Request form s/he will contact you by telephone to verify the information. Your User ID and Password will then be sent to you via email.
